Job Description

As a highly skilled professional, you will be responsible for driving services enablement across various channels and working closely with sales counterparts to develop effective go-to-market strategies.

You will provide thought leadership as a services consultant, offering guidance to sellers, channel partners, and virtual team members on solution selections, service compatibility, and collateral. Your expertise will help shape the company's success in the fast-growing Services business.

  • Plan, prepare, and prioritize to enable and train new services within the territory.
  • Perform as a subject matter expert about services on sales floors, sales enablement, and solutions.
  • Provide prescriptive, individualized, and group training to sellers and participate at Sales Events as appropriate.
  • Share best practices across the team with a focus on continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A relevant Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of product marketing or product management experience for technical products.
  • Servers, infrastructure, and solutions knowledge is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, customer orientation, open & effective communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to lead complex projects.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to translate complex solutions into simple and comprehensive terms.
