
Sales Enablement Expert

This is a pivotal position within the commercial planning team, responsible for accelerating sales performance through strategic enablement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include analyzing the sales funnel to identify performance gaps, informing enablement strategies, and measuring impact. Additionally, designing and delivering training programs that support onboarding, continuous learning, and skill development are essential components of this role.
The expert will also create and manage a library of sales enablement content, such as playbooks, pitch decks, and objection-handling guides. Furthermore, delivering engaging live and virtual sessions to drive knowledge retention and performance is a critical aspect of this position.
