Senior Technology Program Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of technology programs. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to define plans, coordinate resources, and track progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate development of capacity and budget plans for initiatives across the organization
- Hire and supervise program managers for projects
- Report detailed status updates to leadership and executive team
- Work with leadership on communicating strategic goals and objectives for programs
- Escalate problems between program teams and other internal stakeholders
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Technology Program Director, with at least 10 years of experience in program project management. They should possess PgMP - PMI certification and strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills. Additionally, they should be able to motivate teams through practical challenges and make decisions quickly.
