The company is seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to assume the position of Vice President of Human Resources - Manufacturing. This role plays a critical part in developing and executing human resource strategies that align with the overall business plan and strategic direction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and maintain effective HR strategies and initiatives that support the business objectives.
- Partner with senior leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to foster an accountability-driven culture, enhance employee engagement and drive organizational effectiveness.
- Oversee a team of HR Directors, guiding performance, growth and development while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- A minimum of 15 years related experience, including 7 years management experience.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with a proven ability to drive organizational effectiveness through innovative HR strategies.
Benefits:
- A competitive salary range of $220,000 - $250,000.
- An excellent benefits package, including healthcare, a 401(k) plan and tuition reimbursement.
