Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Product Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of life-changing experiences for our product. As a Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of the payments industry in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities
- Design new high-fidelity layouts and improve the usability of our application flows.
- Propose product improvements and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive visual responses.
- Develop and maintain our style guide, ensuring consistency across all digital assets.
- Work closely with UX researchers and data professionals to inform design decisions.
- Design new user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and improve our style guide system with consistency.
Requirements
- A top-notch design portfolio showcasing product UI, UX, and interaction design work, particularly in shipped products.
- Experience designing for responsive mobile and desktop web experiences.
- The ability to think strategically about product design and clearly articulate design decisions.
- Strong UX focus and understanding of human behavior.
- Clean visual design sense and skills in typography and grids.
