**Job Title:** Technical Support SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. This role will be responsible for providing technical assistance to clients across the Americas, with a focus on South America.Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional technical support to clients, resolving issues promptly and communicating clearly.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Leads, and Engineers to shape our offerings based on real-world feedback and market dynamics.
  • Support the full client lifecycle from pre-sales to post-deployment care.
  • Troubleshoot issues across Bloomberg's electronic trading and reporting suite.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical skills and experience in ETL workflows, protocol integration (SWIFT, FIX, XML, SFTP, MQ, Web APIs), and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.
