Job Description

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, Observability you will be responsible for building and maintaining a modern observability platform. This will involve supporting multiple telemetry types, defining and implementing modern governance in observability, ensuring reliability, security, and performance, collaborating with engineers across the company, leading the design and deployment of monitoring/observability services, and overseeing the availability, performance, and supportability of observability infrastructure.

This role requires strong DevOps skills, a passion for building and maintaining mature GitOps environments, and experience focusing on observability. You should be comfortable with distributed systems and container orchestration, have experience programming in various languages, and be proficient in tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Kubernetes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience

  • Proficiency in tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Kubernetes
  • Comfortable with distributed systems and container orchestration
