Billing and Collections Analyst Role Overview
In this critical position, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's financial operations. Your primary objective will be to ensure timely and accurate billing of our customers.
We are seeking a highly skilled professional who is detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar accounting role and proficient knowledge of electronic billing procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue and distribute invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Process new contracts and sales, ensuring seamless integration with our systems.
- Closely collaborate with other departments to verify billing accuracy.
- Monitor accounts receivable and transactions to identify potential issues.
- Prepare and present analytical reports to inform business decisions.
- Support monthly and quarterly audits, clean ups, and resolutions of any discrepancies.
