Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented Field Applications Engineer to lead technical support for our customers in the Wireless IoT industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance to customers throughout the design, launch, and maintenance process.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to transfer knowledge and debug issues.
- Develop and deliver technical training programs for customers and partners.
- Support proof-of-concept demos, use case implementations, and system validations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of software engineering and/or FAE experience within the cellular phone or wireless module industry.
- Hands-on experience with cellular technologies, including 5G, LTE, and CatM.
- Proficiency in Android or Linux development/integration environments.
- Strong technical, analytical, and presentation skills.
