We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities to fill the Payments Supervisor role.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for learning payment processes and developing training materials for future teams.
This position involves handling payment performance issues and discrepancies, assisting with manual resolutions to ensure smooth transaction flows.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing efficient payment processes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve payment-related issues
- Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Maintaining accurate records of payment transactions
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of payment processes and reconciliation experience
- Ability to analyze complex data and identify patterns
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in iGaming, banking, or similar industries
Preferred qualifications include:
- B2C English proficiency
- Advanced analytical skills
The selected candidate will work closely with the payments team to identify and resolve issues related to payment delays, declines, and chargebacks.
