This position entails overseeing the comprehensive portfolio of commercial properties to ensure effective management and optimal tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage diverse property portfolios across regions, encompassing leasing processes, negotiations, and lease renewals
- Foster positive relationships with tenants through prompt issue resolution and regular communication
- Maintain accurate records and monitor lease agreements for compliance
- Source new tenants and prepare customized leases
- Conduct site visits, meetings with brokers, and regular check-ins with building managers
- Review financial statements to ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate with team members and manage staff to optimize performance
