**Financial Accountant Role Summary**

  • We are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join our team, responsible for managing the financial accounting processes across the group, including bookkeeping, bank accounts, and payroll.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and bank accounts for the Brazil legal entity, ensuring compliance with key deadlines.
  2. Support wider financial accounting processes across the group, such as month-end close for different legal entities.
  3. Own the Accounts Payable process end-to-end globally, ensuring suppliers and employees are paid on time.
  4. Manage employee expense reimbursement process.
  5. Manage company cards, including issuance of cards and ensuring receipts are retained appropriately.
  6. Be responsible for ensuring that company expenditure is in line with company policies and our control framework.
  7. Perform bank reconciliations across group entities.

**Requirements:**

  • A qualified accountant (CRC/CFC or equivalent) or studying towards is preferable.
  • You have Accounts Payable experience or have worked in international shared services.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management.
  • Ability to solve problems in a structured and proactive manner.
  • Desire to continuously improve and make processes more efficient.
  • Advanced English language skills.
