Learning and Development Strategic Leader

Manage the Learning & Development area, overseeing both local and global projects. Effectively supervise a community of facilitators to ensure successful project outcomes.
The Learning and Development Senior Supervisor will partner with business leaders and stakeholders to develop and implement learning programs, processes, curriculum, content, and tools that align with global strategies and standards while being relevant and specific to regional needs.
Administer and execute all training initiatives within the L&D scope, ensuring compliance for employee and leadership training. Take ownership of internal and external programs and materials.
Prepare, plan, schedule, and coordinate all aspects of classroom, blended, or virtual facilitation/training. Deliver trainings in a blended learning environment on targeted topics such as leadership skills, new hire orientation, and functional training using adult learning theory and accelerated learning techniques.
Collaborate on key programs to support organizational development. Support facilitation required for Global L&D programs and implementations.
