Overview
Prime Video is seeking an analytical and outcome-oriented Senior Paid Media Manager to lead our customer acquisition and retention strategies for Prime Video across 3P device partners in Latin America.
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled media strategist to develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies across multiple partners and territories, aligning with overall business objectives and brand positioning. The successful candidate will be a blended balance of media strategist, project manager, relationship builder, and analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies across multiple partners and territories, aligning with overall business objectives and brand positioning
- Drive data-driven decision-making by leveraging advanced analytics to continuously optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI
- Lead a culture of continuous improvement through test-and-learn methodologies, developing hypotheses, designing experiments, and scaling successful initiatives
- Optimize the entire customer journey, from acquisition to retention, focusing on improving conversion rates, reducing customer acquisition costs, and increasing LTV
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of growth marketing initiatives and regularly report on performance to stakeholders and leadership team
- Manage budgets and timelines for media campaigns
- Oversight of pre-launch and post-buy performance audits and optimization efforts to ensure the integrity and efficiency of the media plans
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables) to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights
- Experience with Salesforce and Tableau
Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
Location: Amazon Prime Video, Latin America
