Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with Metso's global standards and procedures.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, including identifying and addressing potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered to their satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their best.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
