We seek an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Specialist to drive our analytics strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing complex data models, creating insightful visualizations, and providing actionable recommendations to inform business decisions.
Main Responsibilities:- Create advanced business intelligence solutions using Tableau Desktop and Server in production environments.
- Analyze large datasets by writing and executing SQL queries to uncover key trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, address challenges, and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all analysis and reporting.
- Identify areas for improvement in business intelligence workflows and processes.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on best practices for data visualization.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience leading and managing development teams.
- Proven expertise in SQL for analyzing large datasets.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling principles and hands-on experience with ETL tools.
- Intermediate-level proficiency in Python for data transformation and manipulation.
- Advanced skills in designing and developing business intelligence dashboards and visualizations.
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2 level or higher.
