Senior Risk Management Lead

We seek a seasoned professional to lead our Risk Management Unit in São Paulo, Brazil. As a key team member, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day handling of risk management cases.
This role involves leading a team of experts in identifying and mitigating risks across various domains. Your responsibilities will include managing complex chargeback cases, compromised accounts, and fund recovery efforts. You will also serve as the point of escalation for internal and external communications related to serious risk concerns.
- Lead the Risk Management Unit and develop strategies to enhance risk detection and prevention capabilities.
- Manage chargeback cases, compromised accounts, and fund recovery efforts to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Act as the point of escalation for internal and external communications regarding serious risk concerns.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent English language skills.
- Native Brazilian Portuguese speaker.
- 4 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
- Excellent decision-making and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the payments industry.
