The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data operations, vendor onboarding, and partner compliance management.
- Develop and execute comprehensive end-to-end onboarding processes for 3PL partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date onboarding SOPs and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Designing and maintaining onboarding dashboards to track pipeline status, cycle time, and qualification outcomes.
- Generating regular reports to support business decisions.
- Monitoring 3PL partner performance during the early ramp-up period.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Operations, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data operations, vendor onboarding, or partner compliance management.
- Proficiency in data analytic tools such as SQL or similar tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and process discipline.
- Portuguese fluency required; working proficiency in English.
- Experience in logistics, delivery platforms, or shared economy operations is a valuable asset.
