Senior Training Specialist

As a specialist in patient safety, you will be responsible for developing and delivering curriculums to enhance the knowledge and skills of our team members. You will work closely with technical training teams to ensure that all training content is accurate and effective.

Main Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure that team members have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their jobs effectively.
- Manage external training vendors to create high-quality training content.
- Create and execute role-specific training plans to meet the needs of different teams.
- Evaluate and improve existing training programs to ensure they are meeting their intended goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare or a related discipline. Additionally, you should have strong experience in pharmacovigilance and PV reporting, as well as fluency in English. Experience with Argus Safety and QC is also desirable.
