This is a senior leadership role that oversees the daily operations of the order-to-cash team across LATAM. The successful candidate will manage the entire order-to-cash cycle, including order management, invoicing, collections, and customer service.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies aligned with global and regional goals
- Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) such as days sales outstanding (DSO), collection effectiveness, and bad debt reduction
- Lead process standardization, digital transformation, and technology adoption
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition and billing
- Manage team performance, develop talent, and foster high-performance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Monitor metrics, ensure compliance, and lead audits
- Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
- 7 years relevant order-to-cash experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Ability to lead, oversee, motivate, and manage people in a customer service and order-to-cash environment
- Improves processes & systems
- English - Advanced (required)
- Spanish - Intermediate/Advanced
- Cross-cultural communication skills
- Highly organized, diligent with attention to detail and the ability to maintain these skills while working under pressure
- Leadership and change management capabilities
- Strong presentation and influencing skills
- Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook are essential
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of all order-to-cash processes, including best practices, people, processes, and technology
- Knowledge of ORACLE ERP system (differential)
- A track record of continuous professional and management development
