Senior SAP Order to Cash Functional Specialist Position

The successful candidate will lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of SAP Order to Cash processes. This includes collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and support SAP Order to Cash processes to meet business needs
  • Configure SAP modules to align with business requirements and ensure seamless integration
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP OTC processes, including order management, pricing, invoicing, and accounts receivable
  • Evaluate and document software changes for quality assurance and testing purposes
  • Develop and deliver user training and support during implementation and post-implementation phases
  • Analyze and resolve issues related to SAP OTC processes
  • Stay updated with latest SAP technologies and best practices to enhance system performance and business processes
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in SAP Order to Cash processes
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with both SAP ECC and S/4HANA systems
  • Proven expertise in configuring and implementing SAP OTC and billing modules
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
