Expert Order Management Specialist

Job Description:

Drive business success by leading the design and implementation of order-to-cash solutions, ensuring seamless alignment with customer needs.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define process improvements and develop innovative solutions that drive growth.
  • Provide expertise in SAP S/4HANA Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and Integration with Finance (FI) and Logistics (LE).
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including SAP SD, MM, FI, and external system interfaces to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Lead solution architecture discussions and best practices for order-to-cash implementations.
  • Ensure successful project execution through system configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide thought leadership on order-to-cash best practices.
Required Skills:
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP OTC solutions, including SAP SD module and integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash processes.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end order management, pricing, invoicing, and credit management processes.
  • Experience working in a client-facing role, with the ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale SAP implementation and transformation projects.
  • Ability to engage in presales discussions, develop proposals, and conduct solution demos.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior business stakeholders.
