The Role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Consultant to join our team, someone who possesses a deep understanding of Asset Performance Management and Advanced Process Control. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to interact with customers, articulate technical solutions to business problems, and convey the differentiated value those solutions can provide.

  • This is a customer-facing position that requires leading value discovery sessions, assessing customer needs, and developing tailored solutions.
  • You will work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify business opportunities, develop robust recommendations, and propose comprehensive solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Your expertise in refinery processes, chemical manufacturing economics, and problem-solving skills will be invaluable in creating clear observations, analyses, and conclusions based on customer interactions.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this position, you will require:

  • 3-10 years of consulting experience, particularly in Asset Performance Management or Advanced Process Control.
  • A strong understanding of refinery processes, chemical manufacturing economics, and the ability to interact with potential customers.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to create clear observations, analyses, and conclusions based on customer interactions.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese is required, with a willingness to travel 40% of the time.
