Technology Operations Specialist Role

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who can manage technical issues, research, and documentation to drive improvements in facilities and user experience.

The Technology Systems and Operations Specialist will be part of a global team ensuring an exceptional experience for Netflix users. Key priorities include managing technical issues, research, documentation, business-to-business relationships, and analyzing trends to drive improvements.

  • Manage onsite experiences for assigned facilities, reducing complexity and improving the user experience.
  • Pilot new technology and workflow design to meet business outcomes and stakeholder needs.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps influencing end-user experiences, ensuring alignment with business outcomes.
  • Make autonomous decisions on operational challenges, utilizing data to anticipate future impacts and proactively address potential issues.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of network infrastructure, expertise in troubleshooting MacOS/Windows, Saas Applications, and AV systems, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies with minimal guidance.
