Technical Solutions Engineer

This role offers the opportunity to excel in a technical position, utilizing your knowledge of collaboration technologies to provide comprehensive support and solutions for customers. As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering expert-level technical guidance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving customer satisfaction.

  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Deliver comprehensive technical expertise and support to customers through detailed demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations.
    • Collaborate with customers and partners to create tailored video collaboration solutions, integrating necessary hardware and software.
    • Provide pre-sales assistance by addressing technical inquiries and concerns to support account executives and partners.
    • Sales enablement involves equipping account managers and partners with necessary tools and resources to market and sell solutions effectively.
    • Market feedback loop requires serving as a liaison to relay customer feedback and market insights to product development teams.
    • Compliance and standards ensure that solutions adhere to industry-specific regulations and standards.
    • Innovation and consultation involve keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advising on innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills:
    • Product and technical knowledge includes a strong understanding of video collaboration technologies, including detailed knowledge of hardware and software components.
    • System integration and networking proficiency is required in integrating complex solutions and understanding IT networks and cybersecurity.
    • Experience in sales engineering with a track record of leveraging technology for business transformation is essential.
    • Strategic thinking demonstrates ability to think strategically in business, product, and technical challenges.
    • Industry knowledge involves familiarity with market trends and competition in the video conferencing space.
    • Certifications in networking, video technologies, and related fields (e.g., AVIXA, CompTIA Network+, Cisco, Microsoft) are preferred.
