Bilingual Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish
  • Schedule transportation reservations for healthcare appointments
  • Check on the status of transportation reservations
  • Interact with health plan members, transportation providers, and healthcare facilities
  • Route calls to internal teams for billing, benefit balances, and other general account issues
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of inbound call center experience in a high-volume atmosphere preferred
  • Prior work history in a call center environment preferred
  • Experience with NEMT guidelines preferred
  • Knowledge of health insurance programs and benefits preferred
