Key Job Responsibilities

The Data Management Coordinator plays a pivotal role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of key databases, supporting departmental development, engagement, and stewardship efforts.

This position is responsible for ensuring database health and integrity by monitoring records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing processes to identify and correct data issues, focusing on clean, current, and actionable information.
  • Updating constituent records, including address changes, employment updates, and integrated screening results.
  • Overseeing daily contact imports and data integration through various systems.
  • Verifying incoming data for accuracy and managing phonathon coding and athletics coding.
  • Collaborating with campus partners to code and track student involvement, event attendance, and volunteer participation.
Administrative Support
  • Assisting with internal and external mailings, including mail merges, printing, and stuffing.
  • Performing other job-related duties as assigned.
