Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Legal Counsel to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will provide expert counsel on employment law matters, working directly with leadership and HR teams to ensure compliance, foster positive labor relations, and champion best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law, preferably within a multinational or technology-driven environment. You will be responsible for negotiating and managing collective bargaining agreements with relevant unions, as well as drafting, reviewing, and updating employment contracts, policies, and employee documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert counsel on employment law, regulations, and labor practices.
  • Advise business leaders and HR on workforce strategy, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead collective bargaining negotiations with labor unions, ensuring alignment with company objectives and local legislation.
  • Draft, review, and update employment contracts, policies, and employee documentation.
  • Develop and deliver training for management on labor law compliance and collective bargaining strategies.
  • Monitor and interpret changes in labor legislation, proactively advising on potential impacts and strategic responses.
  • Manage employment-related disputes, grievances, and disciplinary actions, minimizing risk for the company.
