Our Mission

We are on a mission to give merchants and consumers a better payment experience through Pay by Bank. For merchants, we deliver payment acceptance at a significantly lower cost than cards. For consumers, we enable them to use their bank accounts as payment methods instead of being held captive by high-interest cards.

Our Team

We are a culturally diverse team with 30 nationalities, representing the Americas region. Our team is growing fast, and we are looking for a talented Product Manager to join our Financial Institution Connection (FIC) Product team.

About the Role

The Product Manager will be responsible for ensuring Trustly's leading state in financial institution coverage, quality of connections, and open banking trends globally. Key responsibilities include:

  • Product representative in intaking, prioritizing, and resolving FIC-related support questions and issues in various channels.
  • Doing product research and investigations with Engineers to resolve issues, communicate with stakeholders about the resolutions.
  • Working with stakeholders to build and execute a clear prioritization framework; and improving the efficiency and speed of solving FIC product-related issues.

Requirements

We are looking for a detail-oriented and eager-to-learn individual with:

Prior experience in product management preferred.Excellent communication and independence of updating project progress with stakeholders.Familiarity with spreadsheet and basic office tools.Familiarity with Jira.
