We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving technical strategy and direction for both internal and external projects.

About the Job

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in data intelligence and machine learning to analyze Big Data and generate detailed insights on products and users. You will lead and inspire technical teams, manage time effectively, prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality data-driven insights.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire technical teams, contributing to long-term strategic goals and technical direction for both external and external projects.
  • Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
  • Analyze and explore large datasets, create and support dashboards, and develop intelligent systems.
  • Build resilient data pipelines, manage data processing, and support solution deployments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality data-driven insights.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in data engineering, building data pipelines, and cloud computing environments.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, and Machine Learning, with strong skills in statistics and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Linux, Shell scripting, and cloud platforms (preferably AWS: S3, EC2, IAM, SageMaker).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and version control systems (Git).
  • Understanding of Data Lake and Data Warehouse concepts.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Scala programming.
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases and AWS tools (VPC, Lambda, SNS, SQS, RDS).
  • Experience with process automation (CI/CD) and Docker.
  • Experience developing ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like Apache Airflow, NiFi, and Spark.
