Accounting Manager AvpAbout the Role

We seek a senior accounting professional with expertise in financial reporting and technical accounting matters. Ideal candidates will have experience in Big Four accounting firms, audit, and accounting advisory services.

The successful candidate will provide technical accounting advisory services, including IFRS and US GAAP conversions, financial statement preparation, and complex transaction analysis. They will also assist in advisory engagements related to financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting policy implementations.

Skill requirements include 7+ years of experience in accounting advisory, financial reporting, or external audit. A strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and other international accounting frameworks is required, along with CPA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent certification. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and client management skills, are essential for success in this role.

Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, or English is a plus. Experience in multiple industries such as SaaS, manufacturing, retail, infrastructure is desirable.
