IT Infrastructure Professional

This position is responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's IT infrastructure. The individual in this role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, servers, networks, and hardware.

As a key member of our team, you will be able to work with commitment to excellence. We put our talents and efforts into making games better. You will also have the opportunity to work with great IPs and major studios like Activision, Guerrilla Games, Netflix, Warner Brothers, and Treyarch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register technical events and service requests.
  • Provide clarification on technical, operational, or administrative inquiries.
  • Identify and handle technical support demands for software and hardware.
  • Coordinate installation, upgrade, movement, correction, and configuration of software and hardware.
  • Monitor events to ensure adherence to service level agreements and resolution timelines.
  • Evaluate incidents and involve relevant stakeholders, including third-party providers, when SLAs are not met.
  • Supply timely updates and estimates for user requests.
  • Manage access management requests.
  • Maintain file folders on file servers.
  • Create user accounts.
  • Manage permissions in Windows, Linux, macOS, Active Directory, and Samba4 environments.
  • Evaluate unresolved issues to the appropriate level of support.
  • Document solutions in the knowledge base for future reference.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of infrastructure equipment (desktop, laptop, manageable switch, structured cabling).
  • Proficiency in servers (Windows, Linux).
  • Experience with virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V, Docker).
  • Understanding of File Server, AD, DNS, GPO, Samba4 services.
  • Familiarity with Sonicwall, PFSense, and IpTables firewalls.
  • Knowledge of backup routines.
  • Proficiency in file versioning servers (Git, SVN, Perforce).
  • Monitoring networks using Zabbix.
  • Analytical mindset to identify problems and find optimal solutions.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, IT).
  • Native fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written).
  • Intermediate level of English proficiency.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support roles.
