We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Warehouse Assistant to support our operations.
About the Job- You will be responsible for assisting the warehouse keeper in inventory management, positioning materials to optimize workflows, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Utilizing the stock system SAP, you will verify data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to prevent delays.
- Your tasks will include separating and delivering materials to respective departments, adhering to scheduled reservations and material supply protocols.
- Packaging materials for shipping requires attention to detail, using designated equipment to safeguard against damage.
- In addition to auxiliary services on trucks, you will load and unload materials, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Identifying minimum stock replenishment needs and requesting assistance from relevant areas is crucial for project success.
- You will also maintain warehouse storage layout, facilitating cleaning and organization initiatives.
- Performing other related tasks as assigned by your supervisor will contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.
- Inventory management: assist warehouse keeper, position materials, ensure timely delivery
- Stock system verification: use SAP, identify discrepancies, implement corrective actions
