We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team.


About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled warehouse professional to take on a key role in ensuring the efficient storage and distribution of products.

Responsibilities:
  • Verify materials against documentation for accuracy and completeness, utilizing strong analytical skills to ensure data integrity.
  • Maintain accurate stock control through regular cycle counting, applying attention to detail and organizational skills to achieve results.
  • Loading finished products onto vehicles for dispatch to logistics operators, exercising safe and efficient operation practices.
  • Posting invoices in the inventory management system, verifying purchase orders and physical goods delivered, as well as certificates of analysis.
  • Storing materials in quarantine areas for subsequent analysis and approval by the Quality department, adhering to established procedures and protocols.
  • Entering returned items from the factory into the warehouse inventory, accurately recording and updating data in the system.
  • Receiving materials, checking invoices, certificates of analysis, and purchase orders via the system, identifying discrepancies and taking corrective action.
  • Identifying and storing materials received in quarantine areas for further analysis, following established safety and quality guidelines.
  • Properly storing and organizing products, maintaining a safe and clean working environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Checking and separating requested materials through Operations, forwarding them to Production, prioritizing efficiency and productivity.
  • Verifying finished products with invoices and loading goods for dispatch to logistics operators, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Transferring operations physically and in the inventory management system to production, coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
  • Reporting issues or suggestions arising from team activities to responsible personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Operating forklifts safely and efficiently, adhering to established procedures and standards, completing required training and certifications.

Requirements:
  • High School diploma required; previous experience in warehouse operations and documentation completion preferred.
  • Familiarity with forklift operation and safety protocols, including certification and training.
  • Differential knowledge of Good Manufacturing and Storage Practices, demonstrating understanding and application in daily work.
