Regional Logistics Leadership Role

  • Manage a regional team of direct report supervisors and external warehouse operations.
  • Promote performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Logistics, Planning, Sourcing, and Quality departments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a regional team of warehouse supervisors and operational teams.
  • Define and manage the regional distribution model, standardizing best practices across warehouse operations.
  • Oversee relationships and performance of 3PLs and external warehouses, leading onboardings when necessary.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Drive network optimization, consolidation, and cost reduction projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners.
  • Ensure efficient and effective warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in logistics, warehouse, plant supply chain, or regional supply chain. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills are required.
