  • The main point of contact between Caterpillar Dealers and the company's internal structure requires agility and intelligence to ensure the spare parts supply chain across Latin America runs smoothly.
  • Integrate diverse teams and departments to collaborate in solving problems, resolving issues with speed and creativity, maintaining operational excellence.
  • Escalate critical matters when necessary, communicating fluently in Spanish and English, as most interactions occur in these languages.
  • Master internal processes, understanding Order Management rules, and knowing how to engage the right people.
  • Adapt to a dynamic environment with constant changes and emerging demands.

This role requires:

  • A Bachelor's Degree.
  • Pre Advanced English.
  • Pre Advanced Spanish.
  • Professional experience in customer service, logistics, materials planning, or transportation.
  • Willingness to work on-call shifts outside regular hours, based on demand (not frequent).
