This position is responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages. This position may utilize heavy machinery to complete tasks and performs other tasks as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receives, inspects, and stocks inbound products, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient storage.
- Processes returns, verifies quantities, and completes necessary paperwork, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Obtains orders, selects products from designated locations, and verifies order accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stages and securely packs products for shipment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Coordinates with carriers to arrange pick-ups and schedules, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Handles products and performs duties in accordance with client procedures, government regulations, and company compliance guidelines.
- Palletizes cases, wraps, and loads skids onto trailers, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
- Creates shipping labels and other necessary paperwork to maintain accurate shipping data in the warehouse management system.
- Operates various power equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to company safety protocols.
- Responds promptly to customer inquiries, resolves issues, and communicates service concerns to supervisors.
Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
