About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing initiatives in the Brazilian market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand and business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote Danone's brands and products in the Brazilian market.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand consumer needs, preferences, and trends, and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and supply teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and efficient product launches.
  • Manage and oversee the marketing budget to ensure effective allocation towards activities that yield the highest ROI.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the marketing team to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders to support marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance, leveraging data and analytics to inform future marketing strategies.
About You

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced marketing professional with a strong track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is highly preferred.
  • Marketing experience in a leadership role, preferably within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sectors.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate consumer insights and market trends into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, proficient in both Portuguese and English.
  • Deep understanding of the Brazilian consumer market and the ability to navigate its unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
