Job Title: Fleet Operations Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Fleet Operations Lead. As a key member of our global fleet department, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operational tasks related to fleet management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operational tasks related to fleet management.
  • Serve as the primary contact for fleet suppliers and end-user escalations.
  • Work with the Global Fleet Admin on purchase order creation and invoice follow-up from fleet suppliers.
  • Assist with the CARS+ process for all new car leases.
  • Manage Americas car fleet data and reporting to improve driver behavior and highlight continuous improvements in both processes and spending.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher academic background.
  • At least 6 years of corporate work experience, preferably in fleet or car rental management.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with proficiency in at least one additional language (Spanish or Portuguese).
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with SAP.
  • Experience in data analytics.
  • Cross-functional work experience.
