
Lao Fleet Operations Lead

LAO Fleet Operations Lead will join our expanding team on a permanent basis.

In this role you will:
- ** Day-to-Day Fleet Management**: Oversee daily operational tasks related to fleet management.
- ** Escalation Point**: Serve as the primary contact for fleet suppliers and end-user escalations.
- ** Collaboration**: Work with the Global Fleet Admin on purchase order creation and invoice follow-up from fleet suppliers.
- ** CARS+ Process**: Assist with the CARS+ process for all new car leases.
- ** Data and Reporting**: Manage Americas car fleet data and reporting to improve driver behaviour and highlight continuous improvements in both processes and spending.
- ** Future Projects**: Collaborate with the Regional Americas Fleet Manager on future car fleet and mobility projects, focusing on new transportation developments (such as electrification) and enhancing the internal customer experience.
- ** Backup Support**: Act as a backup to the Regional Americas Fleet Manager when required.

- ** Language Skills**: Excellent written and spoken English, with proficiency in at least one additional language (Spanish or Portuguese).
- ** Education**: Bachelor's degree or higher academic background.
- ** Experience**: At least 6 years of corporate work experience, preferably in fleet or car rental management.
- ** Technical Skills**: Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- ** Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- ** Communication Skills**: Good written and oral communication skills.
- ** Independence**: Ability to act independently, organize workload, set priorities, work well under deadline pressures, adapt to change, and handle confidential material.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- ** SAP Knowledge**: Previous experience with SAP.
- ** Data Analytics**: Experience in data analytics.
- ** Cross-Functional Work**: Experience working across multiple functions.
- ** Virtual Team Experience**: Experience working in a virtual team environment.
