Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Procurement Professional to join our team at Executive Integrity, a global executive search and recruitment consultancy. As a key member of our supply chain function, you will play a critical role in strengthening the procurement process within fleet operations.

  • Key Responsibilities: Oversee the procurement of fleet assets and projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, lead negotiations, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • RFQs and Purchase Orders: Issue RFQs, evaluate bids, and raise purchase orders through ERP systems.
  • Supply Chain Operations: Collaborate closely with logistics and sourcing teams to streamline supply chain operations.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in supply chain, ideally in the offshore, oil service, or marine sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, vendor negotiations, and procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Office/Power BI skills.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
