About the Role:

The Associate Client Partner will work closely with the Senior Client Director to answer all Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and explore opportunities within new and established accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals to clients, including planning, costs, and presentations.
  • New Business Development: Open new doors by selling to new clients and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Solution Selling: Sell new solutions to existing clients and expand their portfolios.
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire sales process, including internal and external communication, project planning, and budgeting.
  • Profitability Management: Monitor project profitability and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Client Relationship Management: Activate previous contacts and present MetrixLab's services to new and existing clients.
  • Project Implementation: Work with the Research team to implement projects and ensure alignment with proposal scope.
  • Global Protocols: Inform the Research team about global protocols, cases, and best practices.
  • Meetings and Presentations: Participate in all Kickoff meetings, presentations, and global meetings, representing Brazil and/or Latin America.
Required Skills:
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with the ability to participate in meetings and communicate with clients in English. Spanish is not mandatory.
  • Research Methodologies: Experience with various research methodologies, including quantitative and qualitative research.
  • Analysis and Presentation: Strong analysis and presentation skills, with the ability to present results to clients.
  • Proactivity: Proactive and aware of the company's solution portfolio, with the ability to identify new business opportunities.
