About the Role

The Associate Client Partner will collaborate closely with the Senior Client Director to respond to RFPs and explore opportunities within new and established accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and present proposals to clients, including planning, costs, and vendor management.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
  • Upsell and cross-sell new solutions to existing clients.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from internal and external communication to project implementation.
  • Monitor project profitability and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Reactivate dormant contacts and introduce MetrixLab's services.
  • Work with the Research team to ensure project alignment with proposal scope.
  • Provide Research team with global protocols, cases, and best practices.
  • Participate in Kickoff meetings and presentations with clients.
  • Represent MetrixLab in global meetings, highlighting Brazil and LatAm initiatives.
Required Skills
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to participate in meetings and communicate effectively.
  • Experience with various research methodologies, including quantitative and qualitative approaches.
  • Strong presentation and analysis skills, with the ability to communicate complex results to clients.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen understanding of MetrixLab's solution portfolio.
