Join GEP Worldwide as a Procurement Associate

GEP Worldwide is a leading provider of procurement services, and we're seeking a talented Procurement Associate to join our team. As a Procurement Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional procurement services to our clients, driving business growth, and shaping the future of procurement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build core consulting skills and be involved in every phase of a consulting engagement, from pre-proposal research through final implementation.
  • Partner with clients to drive digital transformation, change management, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategic solutions to help clients achieve their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management and clients to create customized purchasing proposals.
  • Analyze client spend data and create deliverables for the project.
  • Introduce suppliers to the client's purchasing needs, eSourcing process, and reverse auction technology.
  • Assist with business development activities and communicate with senior management to develop selling tools for key clients.
Requirements:
  • Proven academic excellence with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field with a GPA of 3.3 or above.
  • Demonstrated excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong academic, extracurricular, or knowledge in business or relevant industry areas.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • English advanced (Spanish is a plus).
