Sales Operations Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Associate to join our Global Sales Operations team in São Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building operational excellence and providing strategic advisory to our sales leadership team.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor key metrics and proactively surface insights to the Commercial leadership team, highlighting best performing regions and identifying drivers behind over and under performance.
- Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies and plans, working closely with commercial and cross-functional teams worldwide.
- Participate in projects to drive business growth, optimize sales processes, and improve seller productivity.
- Play a pivotal role in our annual strategic planning process, making recommendations on go-to-market strategy, team restructuring, and sales incentive design.
- Present reports to senior sales leadership and provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting of issues.
- Live our mission by inspiring and empowering others to prioritize their wellbeing and create a supportive work environment.
- Work experience in Sales Operations and/or management consulting, investment banking, or a comparable field.
- Familiarity with financial modeling and planning.
- Fluent English language skills, with the ability to work with international stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analyses.
- Technical proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Concise communication skills, with the ability to present and debate recommendations with senior leadership.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a team-oriented approach.
