About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Associate to join our Global Sales Operations team in São Paulo, Brazil.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor key metrics and provide actionable insights to the Commercial leadership team.
  • Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies and plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and optimize sales processes.
  • Present reports to senior sales leadership and provide day-to-day support to the team.
  • Live our mission by inspiring and empowering others to prioritize their wellbeing.

Requirements

  • Work experience in Sales Operations and/or a management consulting firm, investment bank, technology company, or comparable experience.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling and financial planning.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to work with international stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analyses.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A team player with a collaborative mindset.
