About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Associate to join our Global Sales Operations team in São Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building operational excellence and providing strategic advisory to our sales leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor key metrics and proactively surface insights to the Commercial leadership team, highlighting best performing regions and identifying drivers behind over and under performance.
  • Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies and plans, working closely with commercial and cross-functional teams worldwide.
  • Participate in projects to inform data-driven decisions on topics including forecasting, growth/churn strategy, territory optimization, process improvement, and sales incentive design.
  • Play a pivotal role in our annual strategic planning process, making recommendations on go-to-market strategy, team restructuring, and seller productivity.
  • Present reports to senior sales leadership and provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting of issues.
Requirements
  • Work experience in Sales Operations and/or at a management consulting firm, investment bank, technology company, or comparable experience.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling and financial planning.
  • Fluent in English, as you will be working with international stakeholders across all regions.
  • Analytical skills, with experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analyses.
  • Technically savvy with good proficiency in Excel.
  • Concise communication, able to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership.
  • Proactive, capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations.
