The Opportunity

We are hiring a Sales Operations Associate to our Global Sales Operations team in São Paulo, Brazil. As a Sales Operations Associate, you will be responsible for building operational excellence and providing strategic advisory to the sales leadership team.

Your Impact
  • Monitor metrics and proactively surface insights to the Commercial leadership team.
  • Get your hands dirty in the data but also step up to own sales strategy and planning.
  • Participate in projects to make data-driven decisions on topics including forecasting, growth/churn strategy, territory optimization, process improvement, and sales incentive design.
  • Play a pivotal role in our annual strategic planning process by making recommendations in areas such as go-to-market strategy, how to restructure/grow teams, and improve seller productivity.
  • Present reports to senior sales leadership.
  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting of issues.
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.
Who You Are
  • Work experience in Sales Operations and/or at a management consulting firm, investment bank, technology company, or comparable experience.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling and financial planning.
  • Fluent in English, as you will be working with international stakeholders across all regions.
  • Analytical skills (experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analyses).
  • Technically savvy with good proficiency in Excel.
  • Concise communication (able to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership).
  • Proactive (capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations).
  • Problem Solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM (it's a plus).
  • A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles.
