About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Associate to join our Global Sales Operations team in São Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building operational excellence and providing strategic advisory to our sales leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor key metrics and proactively surface insights to the Commercial leadership team to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain data-driven sales strategies and plans to drive growth and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize sales operations.
- Present reports and insights to senior sales leadership to inform business decisions.
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting of sales operations issues.
Requirements
- Work experience in Sales Operations and/or at a management consulting firm, investment bank, technology company, or comparable experience.
- Familiarity with financial modeling and financial planning.
- Fluent in English, as you will be working with international stakeholders across all regions.
- Analytical skills, with experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analyses.
- Technically savvy with good proficiency in Excel.
- Concise communication, able to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership.
- Proactive, capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations.
