- Provide accurate concepts and meanings in accordance with established interpretation standards.
- Speak clearly in both languages, using proper pronunciation and polite expressions.
- Maintain calm and professional demeanor during video and audio roleplaying sessions.
- Act with impartiality and discernment during interpretation sessions, without demonstrating judgments or prejudices.
- Follow customer instructions according to established standards and terminology.
Key Requirements:
- Desirable experience in areas related to the English language, such as teaching, language assessment, translation, or interpretation.
- Native or fluent English + Native Portuguese.
- Residency in São Paulo (Greater São Paulo) or Rio Grande do Norte (Natal and Greater Natal).
- Internet access with minimum download speed of 15 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps (verified through speed test).
- Completion of high school education.
- Residency in one of the following cities: Rio Grande do Norte (Natal, Parnamirim, São Gonçalo do Amarante), São Paulo (Barueri, Caieiras, Cajamar, Carapicuíba, Cotia, Guarulhos, Itapecerica da Serra, Itapevi, Osasco, Santana de Parnaíba, Santo André, São Caetano do Sul, São Paulo, Taboão da Serra).
